About Us

Located off of Donner Pass Rd and Southshore Dr., this Donner Lake beach is popular with families for its roped-off swimming area, play structure, snack stand, volleyball nets, and kayak, paddleboat and stand-up paddle board rentals.


This 10-acre beach facility has certified lifeguards when the park is open. Group picnic and Pavilion on the Point reservations may be made through Truckee Donner Recreation and Park District office.
