lo bak gow; cantonese steamed seafood dumpling, xo sauce

char siu gua bao, pickled mustard greens, crushed peanut, cilantro

handmade siu mai, pork and shrimp dumpling, minced carrot, black vinegar sauce

First Course
huangjiu boiled cold chopped chicken, spicy cucumber and tomato salad, butterleaf lettuce, bean sprouts and carrot, sesame-black vinegar sauce

Second Course
steamed striped bass, chili oil stir-fried ginger and scallion, soy glaze, fresh cilantro, yu choy with black pepper sauce

Entree
hong shao rou red braised pork belly with star anise, steamed sticky rice cake with shiitake mushroom, lap cheong, and dried scallop

Dessert
tang yuan; sweet glutinous rice balls in cardamom syrup, sweet black sesame filling, fresh lychee and mango, shredded toasted coconut
