The Tahoe Ability Program is designed to create inclusion for people with developmental disabilities, foster independence and promote progress within our community.
Serving at-risk individuals 60 years of age or older in the Truckee/North Lake Tahoe area. We provide home-delivered meals, wellness checks, fun activities/socialization and other resources.
We connect and empower our community through family strengthening, crisis intervention, hunger relief, and legal services.
