About Us
Founded by Erik Menezes, a former 82nd Airborne Forward Observer with two deployments to Afghanistan, AI Joe was created to bring clarity, organization, and structure to the VA disability claims process.
AI Joe provides veterans with structured claim guidance, document support, and claim-building systems designed to reduce confusion and improve organization. Our framework is informed by publicly available VA regulations (38 CFR Parts 3 & 4), medical research, and real-world veteran experience.
AI Joe offers flexible claim strategy bundles so veterans can choose the level of support that best fits their situation. Every veteran who works with AI Joe receives lifetime guidance and support from our team.
