Stella Dinner Parties - Where Community Meets Great Food

Stella is an interactive culinary dining affair.  We believe that no great meal should be eaten alone, but instead, shared amongst family and friends as you unwind and exchange stories from the day. This is dinner as it should be. A repast with soul, heart and nourishment. Join us for an unforgettable meal and unique experience at The Cedar House Sport Hotel 6 pm to 9 pm every Friday and Saturday from June 22 through July 28.

In our open concept kitchen, a Stella Dinner Party event is an exploration into creative cooking. Some of the best dining experiences are not always in traditional restaurants - they tend to be affairs where the entire menu is often a never to be repeated surprise.  Anyone can go to a popular restaurant, order straight off the (same) menu, and have a fantastic meal - but where is the uniqueness in that? At a Stella Dinner Party,  guests are encouraged to walk around the kitchen, joining conversations that are free flowing, robust and even educational.

We serve one tasting menu for each gathering.  We seat communally, allowing you to meet new friends, and each course is served at the same time with commentary from  Stella's Chef Alex Downing.
