Recovery Friendly Workplace: A Free Lunch & Learn For Employers

Free Truckee-Tahoe employer Lunch & Learn: build a recovery-friendly workplace, reduce stigma, and help employees seek care sooner.
Recovery-Friendly Workplace: A Truckee Tahoe Employer Lunch and Learn is presented by Crow’s Nest Ranch Sober Living & Outpatient in collaboration with the Truckee Chamber of Commerce.
Employees often delay seeking help because they fear how their employer will respond. That fear increases isolation and stigma, and it keeps people from accessing care until things become a crisis.
This lunch-and-learn is designed for business owners, employers, executive staff, managers, and HR leaders who want a clear, practical framework for becoming a recovery-friendly workplace.
When employers make the statement first, employees are far more likely to seek help earlier, get support sooner, and return as healthier contributors to both the workplace and the community.
This initiative is endorsed by Nevada County Supervisor Hardy Bullock (District 5).
