We are offering a Pilates Reformer Training Program: 48 hours in-studio time led by Jessica Roberts.
3 WEEKENDS
SATURDAYS 11:30 AM-8:30 PM
SUNDAYS 10:30 AM-7:30 PM
3/21 & 3/22: BEGINNER EXERCISES & FOUNDATIONS OF REFORMER
4/4 & 4/5: INTERMEDIATE EXERCISES
5/2 & 5/3: ADVANCED EXERCISES
DETAILS:
Additional work for participants: homework assignments, personal practice hours, observation hours and teaching hours.
Each student is allotted 2 hours of mentor time with Jessica for questions, review of class flows, homework. 2.5 hours of time for written and practical test out to complete Reformer training.

$400 1 Weekend Training Program ( Weekend 1: Beginner Exercises & Foundations of Reformer, Weekend 2: Intermediate Exercises, Weekend 3: Advanced Exercises)
