Holiday Evening at Stella - Pop-Up Dinner

Please join us for a Holiday Stella Dinner Party. Stella is an interactive culinary dining affair. We believe that no great meal should be eaten alone, but instead, shared amongst family and friends as you unwind and exchange stories from the day. This is dinner as it should be. A repast with soul, heart and nourishment.

Dinner Menu

Canapes-

smoked mackerel pate on rye crostini, endive, cranberry compote, chervil
five onion french onion soup, woodfired sourdough crouton, gruyere espuma
savory sweet potato tartlet, agrodolce pickled onion, gorgonzola, crispy pancetta
lamb sausage stuffed date wrapped in lamb bacon, toum sauce, fresh mint tabbouleh, pomegranate

First Course-

crab and scallop mousseline en croute, phyllo, navel orange gastrique, purple carrot puree, marinated pioppini mushroom, fire roasted kale, pistachio powder

Second Course-

crispy skin grouper, onion-ginger consomme, star anise, braised red cabbage, roast turnip and rutabaga, dill creme fraiche, chives

Entree-

“turducken”; hand rolled chicken roulade stuffed with turkey and duck sausage, duck prosciutto, savory butternut squash bread pudding, spinach, cherry coulis, fried sage, mushroom pan-sauce

Dessert-

peppermint ganache filled flourless chocolate cake, chocolate mousse, candycane tuille, kahlua hot cocoa
