Good Morning Truckee: Ski Industry Update

The November 13th Good Morning Truckee attendees will hear from top ski industry leaders as they share their views of the industry, where it is going, consolidations, mergers, new business models, and more.

Michael Reitzell, the President of Ski California will start the morning off by providing some information on what’s new with the organization. Ski California represents 32 snow sports areas in California and Nevada and coordinates state and national legislative activities, risk management and technical training on behalf of the ski industry. Attendees will then hear from Nadia Guerriero, Vice President and General Manager of Northstar California; Ron Cohen, President and COO of Squaw Valley | Alpine Meadows; and Jon Slaughter, Executive Director of Marketing of Sugar Bowl Resort | Royal Gorge Cross Country.

You can also purchase multi-packs of tickets for your convenience – which can also get you checked-in quicker. And, as always, you can still purchase your ticket at the door with cash, credit card or check.

 
Good Morning Truckee is open to the public – everyone is invited. It is held the second Tuesday of every month at Truckee Tahoe Airport from 7:00-8:30am. Ticket price for general public is $12; Truckee Chamber members $10 and includes a hot breakfast and raffle ticket. Anyone who brings their own traveler coffee mug will receive an additional raffle ticket and chance to win great prizes.
