GIS Open House - Town of Truckee

The Town of Truckee GIS staff is excited to host an open house event on Wednesday November 13^th (International GIS Day) from noon to 2:00 pm. This informal event (come and go as you please) will take place in Town of Truckee Council Chambers. Town staff will be present to answer mapping and spatial data questions as well as demonstrate current Town mapping applications. The open house will be a great opportunity to provide feedback for improving current applications and to offer suggestions on what should be focused on for future maps, mapping applications, and spatial data availability.

We believe that spatial data can help bolster community engagement, improve decision making, and aid in identifying gaps and opportunities as we strive to become a more livable, sustainable, and resilient community. Happy GIS Day!
