A Peer-Led, Open Support Group for those Living with Chronic Disease or Pain

Our goal is to provide a safe environment to discuss and explore the ways in which our lives have been changed by chronic illness and/or pain. Let’s help and support each other in order to live a lighter and happier life—in spite of what ails us!

About the Peer Leader:

Sandra Dorst is a loving wife and mother to three young children. She was also diagnosed in 2014 with a rare autoimmune disease. Sandra works to create a local community of people, bonded by chronic illness and pain, who can rely on each other for the support they need during the more difficult periods of their lives. She is a trained leader in Stanford University’s Chronic Disease Self-Management Program.
