Ed Chaon earned his bachelor's degree in Business/Accounting in 2009. Ed loves accounting because it is a window to understanding the business world. In 2013 Ed started his business ''Ed Chaon Tax Preparation and Bookkeeping.'' and joined the Truckee Chamber. In 2014 Ed became a member of Intuit's ProAdvisor Program, is certified in QuickBooks Online and certificated in QuickBooks Desktop. Ed has always had an interest in the arts with his first degree in Comparative Literature and is also well-versed in German literature. He is very detail-oriented and enjoys working behind the scenes. As a letter press operator at TIP, he is able to use his attention to detail skills, as well as satisfy his need to be creative. Hobbies include reading, writing poetry, dabbling in water colors and playing guitar. Whatever the dream may be, Ed considers himself fortunate if he can learn a little something new each day.
