Yoga + Manas Itene Live Drums

Join us for a unique and amazing experience! Manas Itene is a self taught musician since the age of 5 and a long time drummer for Michael Franti and Spearhead. He will be drumming some beautiful beats for an all levels alignment based Vinyasa Flow taught by Nikki Dean.

First the Vinyasa flow accompanied by Manas’s beats, with a special hand drum sequence to take you into an unforgettable savasana. After that, everyone is invited to sit, stand or dance as Manas moves into a 30 minute acoustic set of music from his new and previous albums.
