VIP Farm-to-Table Olympian Dinner with Mark Engel

Enjoy a unique farm-to-table dining experience with the Truckee community and U.S. Ski Team member Mark Engel. Raise a glass in honor of Mark’s return from the 2018 Winter Games and hear more about his Olympic journey. Chef David Smith will prepare a four-course menu using fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced locally from a variety of small California farms.
