What is Deep House Yoga?

Deep House Yoga is an event community which started in the Bay Area in 2014, combining playful and movement based Yoga, with beautifully designed Deep House Yoga sets. The intention is to use the music to help the body to drop in and experience the depth of the yoga practice. To embody, to dance, to express joy, to connect with those around, to be in the bliss of music & dance & play together. Deep House Yoga hosts events all over the US.
