Master the Mountain: Beacons and Beers

Ready? Set? Recuse! 

Tahoe Mountain Sports (TMS) invites you to join them, during the second installment of their Master the Mountain series. At Beacons and Beers practice basic and advanced techniques of avalanche rescue. Experienced mountain guide Tom Carter and Tahoe Mountain School director Steve Reynaud will lead a discussion on the history and technologies behind avalanche transceivers, and you will be able to go outside for some real life beacon practice with multiple burial scenarios!
