How To Carve A Turkey
In this intimate workshop, Chef Alex Tolger of Kitchen Collab shows you exactly how to prepare, roast and carve a turkey correctly with care and intention. He’ll also cover important knife safety and handling to keep you looking sharp in front of your holiday guests this year! His staff will be serving up small plates to keep you satiated and they’ll keep your wine glass full. Each guest will leave with a roast chicken meal to enjoy at home.
