33rd Annual Kids Fishing Derby
The annual Kids Fishing Derby. This event is free to all children 12 and under. It will be held at the Cold Stream Pond behind Donner State Memorial Park. Come on down and teach your kids to fish like a real fisherman. Where 5" becomes 18". Where one fish becomes 20. Don't know how to fish yourself? Ah no problem "experts" will be on hand to help out. Food and soft drinks will be available, should you not catch a fish. No boats allowed please.

Directions: Take the road that runs between the hotel and the Chevron gas station. The fishing pond is on the right side of the road, about 1/2 mile up the road.

This is a free event. It is limited to children under the age of 12. Older kids are not eligible for prizes.
