The Perfect Grilled Cheese

Restaurant Trokay and Atelier are pairing up again to celebrate National Grilled Cheese Day! Join them for an educational culinary adventure. 

This workshop will be taught by Restaurant Trokay owner Nyna Weatherson, former head cheesemonger at the world famous Greenwich Village cheese shop, Murray’s. Weatherson will pass on her vast knowledge of cheese and skill guiding students through building and grilling the perfect, melty cheese sandwich. Students will talk and taste their way through this interactive and hands-on workshop, all while enjoying a glass of a perfectly paired draft brew or wine. Each person will build (and eat) their own flavor-filled sando, receive tasting notes and recipes, and confidently leave with the know-how to recreate this meal again for their friends and family. All supplies included.
