John Weatherson, owner of Restaurant Trokay and former Chef de Partie of Restaurant Daniel in New York, will guide participants through this two-hour knife skills workshop. Students will learn how to hold a knife safely and effectively, proper station setup for cooking at home and learn how to dice, julienne, brunoise and slice like a pro. This workshop will take place upstairs at Restaurant Trokay.
