FuturePreneurs Speaker Series

FuturePreneurs is a monthly speaker series that gives local high school students the opportunity to explore entrepreneurship, build practical business skills, and learn directly from local professionals.

Running from September through March at Lift Workspace, each session will focus on a different part of building a business, from developing an idea and understanding customers to marketing, managing finances, and preparing a pitch.

The speaker series will lead into a week-long FuturePreneurs Boot Camp in March, where students will put what they have learned into action by developing their own business ideas and presenting pitch decks to a panel of local judges.

FuturePreneurs is presented in partnership by the Truckee Chamber of Commerce, Sierra Business Council, and Lift Workspace.

Local high school students are welcome to attend one session or participate throughout the full series.
