Join us for a day dedicated to movement, inclusion, and community connection! Tahoe Ability Program is proud to host an all-abilities 5K along the scenic Legacy Trail, culminating in a vibrant lawn party at the Truckee Regional Park Upper Lawn. Whether you’re setting a personal best, strolling with friends, using an adaptive device, or skipping the trail altogether to head straight for the party, everyone has a place here!

Event Highlights: 5K, 1-mile fun run, live music, food trucks, beer on tap, and community tabling with local organizations

We are thrilled to be partnering with our local CHP and TPD. Pairing an officer with a participant to tackle the 5K together—whether as a running partner or an 'Honorary Coach'—is going to be an unforgettable experience. Sharing the grit on the trail and the joy at the finish line gives our participants an unbelievable wave of encouragement and shows them just how deeply their community stands behind them.
