DESCRIPTION:Housing needs have shifted in the past several years   what are we doing about it? \n\n\n\nThe Mountain Housing Council of Tahoe Truckee is rolling out its Regional Housing Implementation Plan in two community-wide virtual meetings. On August 25th we shared data gathered from the 2021 update of the 2016 Truckee North Tahoe Regional Workforce Housing Needs Assessment. \n\n\n\nThe goal of the Regional Housing Implementation Plan is to identify how housing needs in our region have changed in the past several years to better address the region's current housing needs and the immediate impacts of COVID-19. The plan will drive ongoing and future efforts to develop innovative strategies to solve the region's unique housing needs during and beyond this acute housing crisis.\n\n\n\nThe Sept. 30th meeting will present the Regional Housing Implementation Plan and lay out an innovative plan for Mountain Housing Council.
