DESCRIPTION:Gain knowledge to help yourself and others with a chronic disease take charge of their condition and improve their quality of life.\n\n\n\nLiving Well is a six-week\, community-based workshop that empowers adults and/or their caregivers to manage their chronic health conditions.\n\n\n\nPreferred Leader Qualifications:\n\n	Ability to speak in front of a group\n	Ability to work with a group\n	Ability to read aloud and follow a scripted leader's manual\n	Good communication and listening skills\n	Ability to be non-judgmental and respect different opinions\n\nLiving Well Leader Requirements:\n\n\n	Attend a FREE four-day Living Well Leader Training Program\n	Co-facilitate a Living Well Workshop within six months of successfully completing the training.\n\nLeader Training Details:\n\nWHEN: November 6th\, 7th\, 12th\, 13th and 14th (must attend all 5)\, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm\n\nWHERE: Tahoe Forest Health System\, Pioneer Center
