DESCRIPTION:Learn to paint with (hot) encaustic wax in this introductory workshop with artist Lewis Kawecki.  During this class\, we will cover safety when working with wax\, necessary and optional materials and supplies\, application methods\, color theory\, building up your painting and texture.\n\n\n\nThe class is hands on and each student will have the opportunity to create two wax paintings. No previous painting experience or drawing skills are necessary\, just an open mind and a desire to play and create with hot wax.
